Petitions & Initiatives

BEFORE you sign any petitions.... Learn about the various 2025-2026 initiative filings on the Secretary of State website at:

Several initiatives will positively be on the November 2026 ballot. Be informed. Do your research. Share what you learn.

In addition to initiatives that have already been placed on the November ballot, there is a list HERE of many more that are still making their way through the process of getting on the ballot by this November. Take a peek at what could also be included.

FOR EXAMPLE . . . The "Colorado Require Voter Identification Number for Mail-In Ballots Initiative" may appear on the November ballot in Colorado as an initiated state constitutional amendment.
