Join Your Neighbors for the 2026 Caucus

Have Your Voice Heard at the Most Local Level

Caucus is where grassroots democracy begins. This is your opportunity to engage locally, connect with fellow Democrats in your neighborhood, and help shape the future of the party.

At caucus, participants discuss candidates, elect precinct organizers, and select delegates to represent their precincts at the county assembly. Your participation directly impacts who appears on the Colorado Primary ballot.

A county assembly will be held later that afternoon in Clifton for those wishing to participate as county delegates.

Participants will help determine candidates for the following offices:

• State Board of Education

• State Senate (District 7)

• State House (Districts 54 & 55)

Participation Details

🗳 Who Can Participate:

This is a public event, but only registered Democrats may participate in caucus.

📌 Party Affiliation Deadline:

The deadline to change party affiliation is Friday, February 13.

💻 Virtual Attendance:

Per state law, attendees may request a virtual option to attend.

Requests require 30 days’ notice to accommodate.
