Spring Fling

Mesa County Democrats: you have the opportunity to support our party and our cause and have fun doing it.

The event is Saturday, June 13 at the Colorado Mesa University Ballroom. Come at 5:00 p.m. for the social hour, and stay for the charcuterie tables, candidate speakers, and silent auction.

“I love doing this! This is my tenth year,” says Maria Keenan, organizer of the Spring Fling, MCD’s largest fundraiser of the year.

Jena Griswold, candidate for Colorado Attorney General, and Alex Kelloff, candidate for Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District in the US House, have already RSVP’d to be there. Other state candidates are expected in person as well. A few will send videos. This is a great chance to meet candidates face to face, ask questions, express concerns, and help solidify your votes in the statewide Primary Election (June 30) just a few weeks after the event.

Enjoy hearty appetizers, desserts, and beverages (there are two cash bars) and meander through 14 tables of auction items. There will be signed artwork, jewelry, pottery, arts and crafts, themed baskets, certificates for restaurants and getaways, goods and services.
